On the login screen, tap Forgot password?. We email you a six-digit code; enter it together with your new password. The code goes to the address on your account, so check that inbox (and its spam folder).

Don't see that option? You're on an older version — update HubbleHabits in the App Store, or email us and we'll help you back in.

Verifying is optional and nothing in the app is locked behind it — it only matters if you ever need to recover your password. Open the app and tap Send me a link on the banner at the top of the home screen, or find it under Settings → Account.

Each link is valid for 24 hours and only the most recent one works. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder for a message from noreply@send.hubblehabits.nl.

Yes — Settings → Account. Changing your email address takes effect immediately and marks the new address as unverified, so verify it again to keep password recovery working.

Settings → Delete Account. This is permanent and immediate: your profile, habits, completions, friends and history are all removed. There is no undo and we cannot restore a deleted account.

Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks your Apple ID for an active subscription. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → HubbleHabits → Cancel Subscription.

You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The free plan is a complete habit tracker — streaks, XP, friends and the leaderboard all work without paying. Premium lifts the limits.

Streaks run on calendar days in your device's own time zone, and a day counts once it's finished. Travelling across time zones, or completing a habit just before midnight in one zone and just after in another, can drop a day. If the count still looks wrong, email us with the habit name and the dates and we'll check the records.

Check Settings → Notifications in the app, and then iOS Settings → HubbleHabits → Notifications. If permission was declined once, iOS won't ask again — it has to be re-enabled there.

Open their profile and block them; blocked users can't send you friend requests and disappear from your leaderboard. You can review and undo blocks under Settings → Blocked Users. You can also leave the leaderboard entirely with the opt-in switch in Settings.

HubbleHabits is an iPhone app. There is no iPad or Android version at the moment.
